Summary:
The Program Coordinator performs advanced administrative functions in support of Learning and Leadership Institute (LLI) programs. Working closely with LLI and Nursing leaders and program managers, the Program Coordinator support operations for key development programs for clinical team members. The Program Coordinator partners to achieve outcomes by connecting advanced administrative expertise with knowledge of clinical programs.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate clinical program logistics and communication, including scheduling and coordinating student/learner appointments, meetings, and events
* Organize and maintain files, records, materials, and resources, both physical and digital
* Contribute to grant work through documentation and reporting of required data.
* Draft, edit, and proofread documents, including reports, presentations, program resources, and program cohort schedules and related items
* Perform data curation for programs, including revision and review for required updates and distribution of information to key stakeholders, and prepare correspondence and reports.
* Partner closely with LLI leaders and program managers to create administrative efficiency with clinical programs
* Provide support during program activities, including communicating with program partners and stakeholders, on site presence during program activities, and administrative operational tasks
* Establish and leverage internal partnerships to achieve work tasks
WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 2 years administrative or related experience required
* Previous hospital experience preferred
EDUCATION
* Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
* Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
